SFTP & delivery

Delivery schedule​

Exports are delivered nightly via FTP/SFTP to your specified location for the previous day.

If you require a different schedule, please discuss this with your Utopi representative during onboarding.

FTP/SFTP requirements​

You provide the FTP/SFTP destination that Utopi will deliver to, including:

  • Host
  • Directory path
  • Credentials
  • Any IP allowlisting requirements on your side

Custom formats​

Our standard formats are designed to be compatible with most billing and reporting systems. If your systems require a different format, please let us know during onboarding. Custom formats will require additional development time.
