Onboarding
CSV Export delivers meter readings and consumption data from the Utopi platform to your systems via FTP/SFTP. This is ideal for integration with billing providers, energy management platforms, or ESG reporting tools.
Overview
Utopi exports meter data in CSV format, delivered nightly to an FTP/SFTP location you provide. Exports can include space-level meter readings (typically the last reading per day for each meter) or aggregated daily consumption at building or site level, depending on your requirements.
Prerequisites
Before onboarding can begin, please ensure the following:
- Data export requirements have been agreed with Utopi.
- You can provide a technical contact (name and email address) for integration communications.
- You can confirm which sites, buildings, and meter types should be included in the export.
- You can provide your FTP/SFTP connection details (host, directory, and credentials).
- You can confirm your preferred data format and granularity.
